FURNITURE ROW INC.

This project involved the site layout and design of a Furniture Row store in Marion, Iowa.

Included in the work was topographic and boundary survey, drainage calculations, storm sewer, sanitary sewer extension, water service, and parking lot design to fit a tight site with challenging topography.

ANDERSON-BOGERT Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. provided site design of a 70-acre site in Marion, Iowa, for the new Menards store and accompanying outlots. This work included traffic studies, truck entrances, site grading, storm water management plans, construction surveys, permitting, and other services to incorporate Menards' standards into this site.

This project included site and subdivision design for the I-380 Boyson Road Addition in Hiawatha, Iowa. The project included conceptual site design, boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision and site design, regional water detention design and site permitting.
