Project Update

The following concept plans were presented by the Anderson Bogert design team at a public information meeting on July 28, 2015. The design solutions published on this page represent preliminary concept plans. These plans are intended to foster public feedback; they are not final project plans.

The project is scheduled to be built within existing right-of-way during the 2016 construction season.  However, should it become necessary to acquire additional right-of-way for the project, construction could be delayed as much as one year.
